Founded in 2004, the company initially focused on manufacturing and supplying ingots made from various materials such as iron, steel, copper, bronze, aluminum, and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as drawing wires, pipes, and tubes from these materials, alongside plastic products. Initially comprising a Plastic Division and a Wind Mill Division, these segments were transferred to Kataria Plastics Private Limited and Shree Hanuman Mining Corporation Private Limited, respectively, following an Order from the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court on September 11, 2014, under a Scheme of Arrangement and Demerger effective October 1, 2013. This strategic move allowed Kataria Industries to streamline its management and focus on its core business areas.
