With a well-established network of 183 branches spanning 15 states, India Shelter Finance has a significant presence in states like Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Gujarat, where the branch vintage is five years and above, as of March 31, 2023. Their footprint covers states representing 94% of the affordable housing finance market in India, as of the same date, according to the CRISIL Report.
